    ABRAM-VILLAGE -
Tyne Valley Tornadoes trimmed the Wellington Arsenault Fish Mart Flyers 7 - 2 and moved into first place in the Easy-Stow Senior Hockey League on Tuesday night.

The Tornadoes improved to 9-3-1 (won-lost-overtime loss) and moved one point ahead of the O'Leary Guardian Pharmacy Maroons (9-3-0).

At the Evangeline Recreation Centre, seven different Tornadoes - Jason Ellis (1-3), Colin MacArthur (1-3), Jeremy Martin (1-2), Trevor Henwood (1-1), Colin Arsenault (1-1), Tylan Robinson and Alex McCaull - found the back of the noe. Robbie Bulger, D'Arcy Hutchinson and Chris Ellis chipped in with helpers.

Chris Johnson and Curtis Enman replied for the Flyers. Pierre Richard, Matthew Richard, Jamie Caissie and Nicholas Arsenault were credited with single helpers.

The Tornadoes held period leads of 3-0 and 5-1.

    Winning goaltender was Nick Heer.

The Tornadoes, who also picked up a checking-from-behind game misconduct, were assessed four of the game's seven minor penalties.
