ALBERTON - The Elmsdale Corner Gas Regals have one big game to play before they head into the Christmas break.
The Regals will host the Tignish Perry's Construction Aces at the Jacques Cartier Arena tonight (Wednesday) in a 7:45p.m. start. The Regals won't see action again until December 27th when they visit the O'Leary Maroons.
The last time those tow teams played in Alberton, the Aces captured the 2007-08 Easy-Stow Senior Hockey League Championship. They've played once this season, in Tignish, with the Regals exacting a measure of revenge with a 5-3 win.
New players
The Regals hope to have two more players in the lineup for Wednesday's game. Kyle Fraser recently joined the team along with defenseman Andy Luttrell.
