KENSINGTON - The Wellington Arsenault Fish Mart Flyers will make their first visit of the season to The Gardens to face the Kensington Club/Clark Insurance Granites tonight.
The Easy-Stow Senior Hockey League game gets underway at 8:00p.m.
The Granites are coming off an impressive 11-7 win over Tignish on Sunday.
"There has been no shortage of goals this year, but giving up seven is not what we want to do on any given night," said Granites head coach Todd Richard. "We will try and tighten it up and concentrate a little more on our own end."
Wellington also recently picked up and 8-3 win over Tignish, setting the stage for what has the potential to be an entertaining game tonight.
Granites' management has been extremely disappointed in the attendance so far, despite putting a competitive and first place team on the ice.
Granites' management hopes crowds will pick up now that the team is more established.
