O'LEARY - The O'Leary Guardian Pharmacy Maroons are set to host the Tignish Aces here at the Community Sports Centre Saturday night. The Easy-Stow Senior Hockey League game is set to get underway at 7:30p.m.
This will be the final regular season meeting between the old arch-rivals. O'Leary leads the season series three games to one.
The Maroons have just five games remaining and need to keep winning in order to stay ahead of the streaking Kensington Granites in the battle for first place.
Meanwhile the Aces sit just four points back of Elmsdale, for fourth place and home ice in the first round, and any win will close that gap.
O'Leary Coach Kevin Adams is pleased with the recent signing of rugged winger Paul Hustler who picked up a assist in his first game against the Aces.
The Maroons' club say they are appreciative of the strong fan turnout that they have had all season, and with only three regular season home games remaining, they are hoping the loyal support continues.
