TIGNISH - The Alberton based Elmsdale Corner Gas Regals outscored the Tignish Perry's Construction Aces 6-4 in a Easy-Stow Senior Hockey League game here at the Tignish Credit Union Arena on Sunday night.
Michael O'Meara (2-1), Garrett Lewis (2), Morgan DesRoches (1-1) and Derek Lewis scored for the Regals.
Mitchell Hardy (2), Chris Avery, Andy Luttrell and Kyle Fraser chipped in with helpers.
Jeff Keough (2-1), Shawn Shea (1-1) and Aaron Hogan replied for the Aces.
Trevor Kinch (2), Aldon Gaudet and Jason Hackett assisted.
The teams were tied 2-2 after the opening period and the Regals led 4-3 going into the final stanza.
Winning goaltender was Kendall Palmer and Troy Ellsworth took the loss.
The Regals were assessed four minors, one fighting major and one game misconduct. The Aces picked up six minors, one fighting major and two game misconducts.
