ABRAM-VILLAGE - The Alberton Elmsdale Corner Gas Regals exploded for si unanswered third-period goals en route to a 11-6 victory over the Wellington Arsenault Fish Mart Flyers on Tuesday night.
The Evangeline Recreation Centre was the site of the Easy-Stow Senior hockey League game.
The teams were ties 2-2 after 20 minutes and the Flyers took a 6-5 advantage into the second intermission. But it was all Regals in the third period.
Donald Stewart (2), Garrett Lewis (2), Derrick Lewis (2), Pat Turqueto (2), Chris Avery, Chad Rennie and Kyle Fraser scored for the Regals.
Jamie Caissie scored four times for the Flyers, who also received single markers from Nick Arsenault and Matthew Richard.
Winning goaltender was Kendall Palmer.
Each team was assessed four minor penalties.
