TIGNISH - Andrew Hayes scored two third-period goals to give the Kensington Club/Clark Insurance Granites a 6 - 5 decision over the Tignish Aces here recently.
Hayes' second goal with 4:15 remaining in regulation time game the Granites the victory in the Easy-Stow Senior Hockey League Contest.
Johnathan Doiron (2), Mark Paynte and Steven Barlow also scored for Kensington.
Jeff Keough (2), Joey Keough, Davy Callaghan and Jason Gaudet chipped in goals for Tignish.
The Aces led 2 - 1 after one period and the teams went into the second intermission tied 4 - 4.
Tim MacPhee earned the goaltending win over Jonathan Gaudet.
